The Forest, located in the same area as the
manor, covers 288 hectares. The trees are
a species of oak (evergreen oak), 50-years
old on average, in a very good condition.
There is a regular forest guard service in
place, and forest roads in good condition.

The Arable Land, 43 hectares of an
excellent quality, is located in the vicinity of
the manor.
